November.. end of soccer, ExxonMobil Family Day and Dad's Birthday!

November was a busy month because we were all anxiously waiting for the Disney Cruise! Riley had her last few soccer games but unfortunately the rain was bad in Houston so we had two rain delays and one game that had to be played indoors. For her first soccer season Riley did great! She really enjoyed playing and by the end of the season she really got the hang of the game.

I am not sure all of you know but ExxonMobil just built a huge new campus near the Woodlands and moved the majority of the employees to the new site. This is huge for the company because previously we had 15 buildings in Houston alone. For Justin and I the drive is pretty easy and the new facility is amazing. In November the campus had a family event for employees to bring their families and friends to enjoy. Unfortunately the weather was not very good but we still were able to take the kids around the campus and enjoy some of the planned activities.

On November 2, we get to celebrate Daddy's birthday! His favorite restaurant is Red Lobster... for some crazy
reason...so family dinner at Red Lobster it was!
The last homework assignment Riley had from school before vacation was to finish her first novel. It was a pretty tough task for Riley so we took a chapter a night and finished it the night before we left. So proud of my big girl! She is reading novels at 4!
