Harrison/Renton Family Disney Cruise!

It was finally time for the trip we had been waiting over a year to take... our Bohemian Disney Cruise! We booked this trip a year in advance so it took forever for the day to finally arrive. We have been fortunate to take a Disney cruise before but this time it was going to be even more fun because Granny, Paw Paw, Nanny and Uncle Jeff and Mags were joining us! And to top it all off, it was Maggie's first birthday and it was a Merry time cruise so it was decorated and planned with lots of Christmas events! We left on November 13... the actual day Maggie was born and turned 1! What a special day for all of us! The kids were beside themselves and were singing and bubbling with excitement the entire drive to Galveston! We have over 1000 photos from this amazing trip so I will try and post a few of my favorites! All in all this trip was everything we had hoped for and more! Disney never disappoints and continues to create an amazing experience for both the adults and the kids. This was a vacation that none of us will ever forget!

This was right before we got on the boat... we were all so ready for VACATION!
Silly Faces!

So happy to vacation with Paw Paw!

The sail away party is the first event on the cruise. Its a big party at the top deck as the boat pushes off the dock and sets sail for our 7 day voyage. They blow the horn, play loud music and the guests and cruise staff have a good time dancing!

Sail away Party!

Day 1 at sea was a day full of fun. The kids enjoyed some of the hundreds of events they had planned for us onboard. Some of our favorites were Wake up with Disney Jr dance parties, meet and greets with characters, the Christmas tree lighting, great food and quality time with family!

Carter and Riley were always front and center for the dance parties!
First Disney Jr Dance party Goofy came in his Pj's!
These three were having so much fun together!

Windy day at sea but we got our photo with Minnie!
Elsa came to the Christmas Tree lighting and made it snow!

Riley always monkeying around!

The second night at sea was the formal night. We were are all dressed up and able to get some pretty good photos!

On the second night at Sea... the evening entertainment was the Golden Mickeys. This is the Disney version of an award show like the Golden Globes. Riley got interviewed on the red carpet and was projected on the jumbo tron in the theater. She was so excited and did so well!

We were able to get tickets to the character breakfast on the boat! The kids are very into the characters so this was an exciting event for all. This cruse had some of the Disney Jr characters that the kids had never seen before! They were very excited to meet all the new friends!

Our next Disney Junior dance party was with Pluto and once again... my kids are front and center dancing the night away!

Another windy deck picture.. this time with Pluto!

Castaway Cay is Disney's Private Island. Its close to the Bahamas and its beautiful! Jeff and I got off the boat early to run a 5K around the island. It was a great way to get a workout in and see the entire island before the rest of the boat.
This was our cabana... it was amazing!

We had a guy with a golf cart taking us to get food or other things we needed. Talk about spoiled!
Paw Paw and Carter looking for fish.. the water was so clear you could see right through it

Even the island was decorated for Christmas

Pirate night is a super fun night with a dress up dinner and a deck party. We made pirate costumes before we left for all the adults and I must say I thought they came out pretty good!

During the pirate night deck party.. Carter was asked to go on stage and dance with the scary pirates. to my surprise he was not scared and went on stage and did a fantastic job! Riley was very upset that he got picked and they did not pick her. I was so proud of my little guy for being so brave!

Even the guy helping was shocked at how well Carter did!

Welcome to Atalantis Resort in the Bahamas! We did not have as long as we would have liked at Atlantis but we made the best of it. We spend most of our time riding water slides, floating down the river and looking at the Aquariums.

Carter loved spending time with the older girls

We spent some time in Key West Florida. Most of the day was spent walking around this beautiful town and enjoying the shops.
