Justin and I took Riley to the Houston Zoo last Sunday. The weather was perfect so we packed our lunches and headed out first thing in the morning. We had an awesome time. Riley loved seeing all the animals! Riley wanted to run around the zoo and did not like that we made her stay in the stroller or hold on to one of us at all times. She wants to be so independent! She would point at all the animals and start speaking her gibberish in her excited voice. Below are some photos from our journey!

On Wednesday morning we went into Riley's room to get her up for school and she was happy as can be but covered in puke. Luckily Wednesday's are my work from home day so I was not dressed for work. We had to strip her bed down and bathe her at 7Am. She did not like the morning bath. Since she had no fever and seemed perfectly happy I sent her to daycare so I could get some work done. By 9:30 I got a call from daycare saying she had thrown up three times and I had to go and get her. I immediately went to get her and took her to the doctor. She was fine and I think it was just something she ate that did not sit well with her. She was in a great mood and never threw up again. Below are some video's from the doctors office of her latest trick. She now knows what the monkey says and what the tiger says... we had a blast waiting for the doctor enjoying her new tricks.
