37 weeks....

So we are now full term! Very exciting! Went to the doctor today and she is head down and starting to drop. We heard the heartbeat and everything appears to be progressing exactly as it should be. I could not be happier! Over the Thanksgiving holiday we finished all of our shopping for our baby girl and put all of her things together. Her clothes and sheets are washed and all of our bags are packed for the hospital. Now, we are just waiting on her. Car seat is even installed in the car. I officially feel like a mom! We are on weekly appointments with the doctor so at our appointment next Wednesday she will begin checking to see how dilated I am. Hopefully that will give us a good idea of when we should expect her to make her appearance. I am doing well given that I am carrying around so much extra weight. Typical discomfort but compared to most, I have been extremely lucky. Next week is my last week at work. I packed my office today. Things are getting so real. If she comes early... we are ready!
