Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

We have been a busy family with fun filled Christmas activities! This has been a great way to get the entire family into the Christmas spirit. This year is not a Renton family Christmas so I will not get a chance to spend the holidays with my family. Jeff and Kristen decided to host a Renton family Christmas with us and the kids so we could get together and celebrate and exchange gifts. It was a great day with awesome food. The kids had a great time playing with cousin Caroline. Kristen even made sugar cookies for the girls to decorate and of course it was messy but they had a blast! Here are some photos:

We decided this year to take the kids to Santas Wonderland in College Station. For those of you that do not know, College Station is where Texas A&M College is and its about an hour and 45 minutes from the house.  I was told by friends it was a great time but it gets packed and so we needed to go early and on a weekday. Since Justin and I were off the week before Christmas we decided to go on Monday night. Justin and I planned all the logistics while the kids were at school and then we picked them up early and headed on our way. The kids had a blast looking at all the lights and seeing Sanata and his reindeer. I think we may make this an annual trip.... it really helps bring the magic of Christmas to life! Here are some photos and videos of our experience:

We stopped at Cracker Barrel for an early dinner before we went to Santas Wonderland. While we were eating Riley decided to belt out a solo in the restaurant. The other diners in the restaurant enjoyed her holiday songs!
