Things with Riley have been pretty normal. She is crawling like crazy and still loving Luca. She is at such a fun age and we are having a blast with her. She is talking (although not making sense) and pulling up on everything. This week we got our first ear infection. She was not fussy but had a green discharge come out of her eye. I had no idea that was the sign of an ear infection but thats what the Dr told me. She is on an antibiotic and she goes back to the Dr next week for her 9 month visit so they will check her at that time to make sure everything is ok. We went to our first birthday parties last weekend and Riley had a blast at both of them! I am getting excited and sad that Riley's birthday is right around the corner. I cannot believe she is almost 1! We also took Riley to the park and let her swing and go down the slide for the first time. She LOVED it so that is now part of our weekend ritual.
