8 months... it feels like I just brought my baby home from the hospital yesterday! Riley is getting faster each day at crawling. She can make it around the room but its a combination of crawling, sitting up and scooting. She is still doing very well at daycare. The ladies at school love Riley and they LOVE to fix her hair. She has more hair than anyone else in her class so each day when we pick her up, Justin and I chuckle at her hairdo's. She is eating better at school than she is at home but I have heard that is pretty normal. Riley likes her toys but her favorite thing to do is crawl around on the floor and of course play with her brother Luca. She still loves her Baby Can Read DVD's and her Baby genius movies. She absolutely loves music. She is talking a ton and says her D's a lot and will say Da Da Da... but I am not sure she knows yet what it means. She is down to 2 long naps at home and at daycare she is even starting to take some decent naps. She had a record 2 hour long nap this week at school. She is much happier when she naps well so I am hoping this continues! She is eating the stage 2 baby food and is eating about 3 jars a day. Feeding has been getting easier which I am very happy about! She even is starting to enjoy some baby food snacks. This week at daycare she had her first back to school party!
