The Harrison Family: March and Easter Fun

March flew by for us as we had a number of activities and of course the Easter festivities. March is spring break in Texas so the kids had a great week at school dressing up in different themes and playing fun games.

Riley had her testing at St Martha's to test and see academically where she was and if she was kindergarten ready. She did so great and scored in the 90th percentile. We still do not have a spot and are first on the wait list but hopefully something will change soon. I was proud of my little girl for doing so well! After the test we enjoyed a nice lunch out and mani/pedi's!

As usual we had an number of birthday parties this month which keep us running around town but the kids love them.

For Easter this year we stayed local and has Miss Susan Joly and Kristen's cousin Jenn visit. We were lucky to spend it with Bill and Caroline this year since they are back in Texas. The kids love getting together and playing with their cousins. The Easter bunny brought the kids some fun stuff including new toy chests for their rooms, fishing poles, the game pie face, makeup and toy dinosaurs just to name a few. Here are some Easter photos:

Pie face was an Easter present and the kids love it. Its a board game that you spin and then turn the handle the corresponding number of times and hope not to get pie in the face. My kids love getting pie in the face... daddy does too!

We did get to enjoy a few Easter Egg hunts this year. The kids get into the hunts and have a blast running and gathering eggs and opening them all up! We even got to hunt with Mags this year!
