Riley is making a lot of progress on her walking. Justin and I have our work cut out for us! Justin has installed the second baby gate in our house so we are completely childproofed! This weekend she learned how to stand up without pulling up on stuff. She is walking now more than she is crawling!
Other than the walking things have been pretty business as usual. Riley was diagnosed with her first ear infection of 2012 last Friday. She did not have a fever but I noticed her pulling at her ear so I thought it was better to be safe than sorry. Well we did have an ear infection so we got on an antibiotic immediately. This morning when I got her up to go to daycare, she was hot and had a 102 fever. We stayed home and I took her to the Dr to find out the antibiotic is not working so we started a Z pak today. She has had a fever all day and no matter what I do I cannot get it to come down. Hopefully the antibiotic will kick in soon!
